Claire's 'mermaid party' was last weekend. She's spent a year talking about it, so we spent quite a bit of time making sure it lived up to her imagination. It was fun turning the living room into an underwater scene, complete with seaweed, a cave and lots of fish. The kids seemed to really enjoy it, so it was well worth the effort.
